Good day, I followed the steps to back up files with the script, but I get the following error: "Copy-FilestoSP 'is not the name of Recognized As a cmdlet"

I'm getting similar

PS C:\Users\sp_farm\desktop> .\copy-filestosp.ps1

SharePoint 2010 Multiple File Upload Script - Get-SPScripts.com

PS C:\Users\diqasp_farm\desktop> Copy-FilestoSP

The term 'Copy-FilestoSP' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function,
script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path
was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Suggestion [3,General]: The command Copy-FilestoSP was not found, but does exist
in the current location. Windows PowerShell doesn't load commands from the curr
ent location by default. If you trust this command, instead type ".\Copy-Filesto
SP". See "get-help about_Command_Precedence" for more details.

PS C:\Users\sp_farm\desktop> . c:\users\sp_farm\desktop\copy-filestosp.ps1

cmdlet Copy-FilestoSP at command pipeline position 1

Supply values for the following parameters:
